These general terms and conditions govern solely and exclusively the use of the ICUA website by USERS who access it. These general terms and conditions are displayed to the USER on the website www.icua.es on each and every page and every time a USER enters their data in the existing forms, so that they may read, print, save, and accept them online. The USER cannot effectively enter their data without having accepted these terms and conditions.

All acts that violate the law, rights, or interests of third parties are prohibited, including but not limited to the right to privacy, data protection, and intellectual property rights. ICUA expressly prohibits the following:

These general terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law. The courts of Madrid shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute or conflict arising from these general terms and conditions, and the USER expressly waives any other jurisdiction that may apply.

Should any clause of this document be declared null and void, the remaining clauses shall remain in full force and effect and shall be interpreted taking into account the intent of the parties and the purpose of these terms and conditions. ICUA may choose not to exercise any of the rights and powers granted in this document, which shall not in any case imply a waiver of such rights and powers unless expressly acknowledged by ICUA.
